1.5 cans Coconut Cream
4 scoops Bodylogix Vegan Protein Decadent Chocolate
1 cup Dark Chocolate chopped
- Place coconut cream and protein powder in a medium sized heavy bottom pot. Whisk together until there are no lumps and then place on the stove top over medium-low heat and bring to a simmer.
- Once simmering add in your dark chocolate and whisk until the chocolate is melted and combined before removing from the stove and allowing to cool for 10-15 minutes.
- Once the mixture has cooled you can begin to divide the mixture between your popsicle molds. Place the stick into the middle of the molds before placing it in the freezer. Fudgesicles will be ready to eat in about 6-8 hours. Once completely frozen, remove from molds and store in an airtight container with parchment between each and back into the freezer for up to 3 months.
