Chocolate Cherry Smoothie Bowl



½ frozen Banana

1 cup frozen Cauliflower

1 cup frozen Dark Cherries

1 tbsp Raw Cacao Powder

1 tsp Chia Seeds

½ tsp Vanilla Powder, or use 1 tsp Pure Vanilla Extract

½-¾  cup Oat Milk, or other non dairy milk of choice

1 scoop Bodylogix® Vegan Protein Chocolate Flavour

Optional: Granola, Fresh Fruit, Cacao Nibs, or Shredded Coconut for Topping


  1. Add banana, cauliflower, dark cherries, cacao powder, chia seeds, vanilla powder and protein powder to a high speed blender.

  2. After all solid ingredients are in the blender add in your oat milk and fill to the ½ cup line before blending.

  3. Use your tamper to push your mixture down, so that your blender does not overheat and avoid adding more liquid until the end. Once the mixture is fully blended add more oat milk if you would like it a little thinner.

  4. Pour into your bowl and top with your favorite ingredients before enjoying!

Recipe note: It is important to use a blender that has a tamper so that you do not overheat your blender/burn the motor out. Smoothie bowls are on the thicker side and thus require less liquid and more frozen ingredients which is why the tamper is needed. If you would like to make this a regular smoothie instead of a smoothie bowl you can use 1-1 ½ cups oat milk and ½ cup frozen cauliflower and ½ cup frozen cherries

This recipe makes 1 smoothie bowl.
