Raspberry Cream Overnight Pr'Oats

Ingredients:

⅓ cup rolled oats
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 Lemon juiced
1 scoop Bodylogix Vanilla-flavored Protein of choice
¾ cup dairy-free milk
½ cup raspberries
Optional: Dairy-free (or regular) yogurt, fruit & hemp seeds to top

Directions:

  1. Combine oats, protein powder, and chia seeds in a 2-cup mason jar.
  2. Add in lemon juice, maple syrup, vanilla, and dairy-free milk.
  3. Place lid on and shake to combine placing in the fridge overnight, or up to three days.
  4. Once ready to consume, remove from the fridge and place yogurt (if using) and raspberries on top before consuming.
    Pro tip: Make 2-3 at a time for a quick, on-the-go breakfast full of healthy macros. If kept sealed these will last in the 3-4 days in the fridge.
