1/2 cup steel cut oats 1/2 cup unsweetened almond (or coconut) milk 1/2 cup filtered water 1 tsp. true cinnamon 1/4 cup blueberries 1/4 cup strawberries 1/4 cup blackberries pinch sea salt 1 tsp. coconut oil 1 tsp. raw honey (optional) 1 scoop Bodylogix® Natural Whey Vanilla Bean or Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean nuts dried fruit
- In medium saucepan, combine oats, water, almond or coconut milk, cinnamon, and sea salt.
- Cover and cook on low heat until oats absorb all liquid and are light and fluffy.
- Turn heat off. Add coconut oil, honey and Bodylogix® Natural Whey or Vegan Protein. Stir until combined.
- Pour oatmeal in bowl and top with a mixture of fresh berries.
