Warm Berry Oatmeal
  • INGREDIENTS
    1/2 cup steel cut oats
    1/2 cup unsweetened almond (or coconut) milk
    1/2 cup  filtered water
     1 tsp.  true cinnamon
    1/4 cup  blueberries
    1/4 cup  strawberries
    1/4 cup  blackberries
     pinch  sea salt
     1 tsp.  coconut oil
     1 tsp.  raw honey (optional)
    1 scoop Bodylogix® Natural Whey Vanilla Bean or Vegan Protein Vanilla Bean
    TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)
    nuts
    dried fruit
  • RECIPE
    1. In medium saucepan, combine oats, water, almond or coconut milk, cinnamon, and sea salt.
    2. Cover and cook on low heat until oats absorb all liquid and are light and fluffy.
    3. Turn heat off. Add coconut oil, honey and Bodylogix® Natural Whey or Vegan Protein. Stir until combined.
    4. Pour oatmeal in bowl and top with a mixture of fresh berries.
