Warm Apple Protein Shake


1/2 apple
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp chai spice
1 scoop Bodylogix® Natural Whey Snickerdoodle
7 oz  water or milk substitute, such as almond, coconut or cashew milk


  1. Grate apple.
  2. Heat maple syrup and apple over medium heat until the apple is soft.
  3. Stir in chai spice.
  4. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
