Warm Apple Protein Shake



1/2 apple

1 tbsp. maple syrup

1 tsp. chai spice

1 scoop Bodylogix® Natural Whey Vanilla Bean

200 ml water or milk substitute (almond, coconut or cashew milk) 


1. Grate apple.

2. Heat maple syrup and apple over medium heat until the apple is soft.

3. Stir in chai spice. 

4. Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
