Protein Pancakes

INGREDIENTS

1 banana
1 egg
1 tbsp almond flour
1 tbsp ground chia seeds
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 scoop  Bodylogix® Natural Whey Vanilla Bean

RECIPE

  1. Blend together all ingredients.
  2. Pour batter into hot pan (oiled with coconut oil) and cook slowly, until bubbles form on top.
  3. Flip to brown other side.
  4. Top with your favourite berries and enjoy.

*Heating may denature protein
