½ cup coconut butter
⅓ cup coconut oil
¼ cup maple syrup
¼ cup Bodylogix® Vegan Protein Chocolate
3 tbsp raw cacao powder
¼ cup chopped pistachios
¼ cup pomegranate seeds
- Melt coconut butter and coconut oil in a small pot over medium heat, stirring occasionally so not to burn.
- Once melted, whisk in protein powder and cacao until smooth. Let cool for 2-3 minutes before adding in maple syrup.
- Line a pan with parchment and then pour mixture into an even, flat layer topping with pistachios, pomegranate, and a sprinkle of salt.
- Place in the freezer for 1 hour before breaking into pieces and placing into an airtight container and storing in the fridge or freezer.
