Chocolate Protein Pudding
  • INGREDIENTS
    1 ripe avocado
    1 tsp. maple syrup
    3-4 tbsp. vanilla almond milk or coconut milk
    1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa powder
    2 scoops Bodylogix® Natural Whey Decadent Chocolate or Vegan Protein Decadent Chocolate
  • RECIPE
    1. Place all ingredients (except the vanilla almond milk) into a food processor and blend until smooth, scraping the sides of the food processor occasionally.
    2. Add 1 tbsp. of vanilla almond milk in while blending.
    3. Continue adding vanilla almond milk until you reach a smooth creamy consistency.
    4. Place in 2 individual serving cups and enjoy!
