Chocolate Overnight Protein Oatmeal
  • INGREDIENTS
    1 medium sized mason jar (or any glass jar that seals)
    1/2 cup gluten free rolled oats
    1 tsp. chia seeds
    2 tbsp. organic vanilla yogurt
    6 tbsp. unsweetened chocolate or vanilla almond milk
    1 tsp. maple syrup or raw honey (optional)
    1 scoop Bodylogix® Natural Whey Decadent Chocolate or Vegan Protein Decadent Chocolate
    Toppings
    fresh blueberries
    fresh bananas
    fresh strawberries
    chopped walnuts
    chopped dried figs or apricots
  • RECIPE
    1. Place all ingredients into a mason jar. Stir well and place in refrigerator overnight.
    2. In the morning, place desired toppings on and enjoy.
