1/2 apple 1 tbsp. maple syrup 1 tsp. chai spice 1 scoop Bodylogix® Natural Whey™ Vanilla Bean 200 ml water or milk substitute, such as almond, coconut, or cashew milk
- Grate apple.
- Heat maple syrup and apple over medium heat until the apple is soft.
- Stir in chai spice.
- Blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
