Cleanse™ Purifier Shot: Adults: Mix the contents of 1 shot (121 ml) with 120 ml water and drink slowly. Take with breakfast and lunch on days 1 and 2. Cleanse™ Capsule: Adults: Take a single dose of 10 capsules daily with dinner or at bedtime on days 1-7. Allow at least 6 to 12 hours for laxative effect to occur. Take a few hours after taking other medications or health products. Drinking ten 250 ml (8oz) glasses of water per day during the cleansing period is recommended.


Cleanses are for occasional use only. Do not use for more than 7 days. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking antiplatelet medication, blood thinners, immunostimulants, thiazide diuretics, corticosteroids, licorice root or other medications or health products which may aggravate electrolyte imbalance or if you have gallstones, stomach ulcers, excess stomach acid, iron deficiency, faecal impaction or symptoms such as abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or fever. Reduce dose or discontinue use if you experience abdominal pain, cramps, spasms and/or diarrhoea. Stop use and seek medical attention immediately if you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness, pain, abnormal heartbeat or difficult breathing. Do not use if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have abnormal constrictions of the gastrointestinal tract, potential or existing intestinal blockage, atonic bowel, appendicitis, inflammatory colon disease such as Crohn’s disease or ulcerative colitis, abdominal pain of unknown origin, undiagnosed rectal bleeding, severe dehydration with depleted water electrolytes, haemorrhoids or diarrhoea, oedema, diabetes, autoimmune disease, heart disease, high or low blood pressure, bile duct obstruction, liver, gall bladder, kidney or liver disorders, and/or bowel obstruction or if you are taking products containing diuretics, corticosteroids or licorice or if you are allergic to anethole or plants of the carrot or daisy family. Discontinue use if you develop symptoms of liver trouble. Hypersensitivity, such as allergy, has been known to occur; in which case, discontinue use. May cause abdominal pain, bloating or flatulence.
Food Guidelines While our 7-day meal plan provides healthy, nutritious options for each meal, we understand that a plan isn’t for everyone. Following are food guidelines that can help kick-start your cleanse in a way that works for you. Fresh/Raw fruit: Consuming fresh fruit provides vital nutrients, as well as energy, and aids in digestion. Many fruits available are high in fibre and low in sugar. To ensure you’re getting enough essential vitamins and minerals, it is recommended to incorporate a variety of fruits. Fresh/Raw Vegetables: Consuming fresh, raw vegetables will assist with curbing hunger. Vegetables are low in calories and high in fibre, yet rich in many micronutrients such as vitamins and minerals. Vegetables can be enjoyed raw, cooked or roasted and tend to be easily digested. Whole Grains and Complex Carbohydrates: There are grains we are more familiar with; cleansing is a great opportunity to try new, often cleaner and nutritionally dense, options. Whole grains and complex carbohydrates are not only packed with vitamins and minerals, but will provide sustainable energy and fibre.
