Listen, we’ve missed you too. But, the good news is we’re back and blogging better than ever. Thanks for sticking by us; in the past few months, we’ve been busy cooking up new, awesome ways of being. We’ve been sharpening our fitness tools and mapping out exactly where we’re headed in 2017. And, we’ve partnered up with some pretty fabulous people who we plan to share with you.

So, get ready for some more adventure, inspiration and wisdom. Get ready for your weekly dose of awesome. Get ready to look and feel your best. Here’s a peek at some of what you can expect from us.

1. New recipes full of yummy ingredients and simple instructions. Hey, we know cooking meals that deliver the optimum nutrition isn’t always easy.

We’ve teamed up with deliciously inventive, Chef Sam, who will be preparing new recipes on a monthly basis. After all, we know not all calories are equal. Think recipes that incorporate protein, recipes that are nutrient dense and recipes that will leave you feeling like you can climb Mount Everest (or what ever your fitness goal is for 2017!).

2. An in-house athletic guru. Craig Slaunwhite or “Doc” as he is better known, Director of Fitness for The Winnipeg Jets, will be sharing with ushis approach to diet and fitness, as well as tips, hacks and proper techniques to crush your workouts. Be prepared, he is smart, disciplined and ready to motivate.
