Dr. Craig Slaunwhite

Bodylogix® ambassador, Dr. Craig Slaunwhite, is a former Canadian National team decathlete, having placed third in the 2008 Olympic trials. He is the current record holder in six decathlon events in his hometown province of Nova Scotia, Canada. Dr. Slaunwhite attended Dalhousie University, earning his undergraduate Bachelors of Kinesiology, then moving on to the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College where he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. Currently, he works as an associate professor at Endicott College, is the Director of Fitness for the Winnipeg Jets NHL Hockey Team, and is a busy entrepreneur, running his own business.

Favorite Way to Sweat

Dr. Slaunwhite loves a challenge. If there’s a competition, he’s in! Aside from that, he loves to take his exercise outdoors for a scenic hike.

Favorite Way to Recover Post-Workout

After a killer workout, Dr. Slaunwhite loves to return home for play time with his children. He also loves the outdoor Nordic spa experience offered at Thermea, or an at-home lounge in the backyard with Normatec leg sleeves on, the television going, and sipping a chocolate shake.

Greatest Accomplishment

A man of many accomplishments, Dr. Slaunwhite has a few items at the top of his list. First and foremost, he is proud to be a great dad and husband. Earning a doctoral degree, representing his country as a national team athlete, and being the record holder in Nova Scotia track and field are also some of his proudest moments.
