Arjen Colquhoun

Defensive Back - Edmonton Eskimos (CFL)

Arjen Colquhoun is a defensive back in the Canadian Football League (CFL) for the Edmonton Eskimos. He was drafted by the Eskimos 17th overall in the 2016 CFL Draft. Prior to his time with the Edmonton Eskimos, Arjen signed with the National Football League's Dallas Cowboys. The Windsor, ON native played college football for the Michigan State Spartans between 2011-2015 where he was enrolled in the Political Science/Pre-Law program. During his university career Arjen won the 2013 B1G Ten Championship, the 2013 Rose Bowl Championship, the 2014 Cotton Bowl Classic Championship and was the 2015 President's Award (Senior Lineman/Senior Back Perseverance) recipient. 

Favorite Way to Sweat

Arjen's favorite way to work up a sweat is doing footwork and working through some Defensive Back drills. 

Favorite Way to Recover Post-Workout

Arjen enjoys foam rolling and getting into a pair of Gladi8tor Boots, a nice stretch or massage and a hot tub to help him recover after workouts. 

Greatest Accomplishment  

Arjen considers his greatest accomplishment to be receiving a full ride Division 1 scholarship to Michigan State University.
