Steamed Vegetables with Brown Rice
Ingredients
¾ cup brown rice, 2 carrots, quartered, 1 cup broccoli florets, ½ cup green cabbage, shredded, 1 tbsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp soy sauce Cook brown rice per instructions on box. Steam vegetables over water for 5 to 8 minutes (do not over cook). Put veggies in a bowl, toss with oil, soy sauce and sesame seeds. Serve over brown rice.
