Welcome to your virtual nutritionist. Here we’ll provide you with everything you need in order to eat well, lose weight, keep it off and look great! Enjoy meal plans, delicious recipes, grocery lists, nutrition tips and hot topics, all created for you by our on staff Registered Dietitians.

We want you to reach your personal nutrition goals. That is why we have created meal plans tailored to your personal nutrition needs. Based on the input you have provided – height, weight, age and activity level – our meal plans will supply you with a balanced diet at the appropriate caloric level to help you meet these goals.

The first week of the bodylogix program is called “Jump Start Meal Plan”. The “Jump Start Meal Plan” will ignite your metabolism while ridding your body of many food cravings. During this week you will likely lose between 2-6 pounds (results will vary based on the individual).

After you complete the “Jump Start Meal Plan” you will continue for ten to twelve weeks on the bodylogix “Continued Weight Loss” program. “Continued Weight Loss” will assist you in losing ½ to 2 lbs per week until you reach your desired goal weight.

The final stage of the bodylogix program is “Maintenance”. “Maintenance” was developed at a caloric level to help you maintain your weight for life.

New and exciting recipes will always be available so you can create additional meal plans as long as you need to.

Our meal plans provide you with suggested meals and recipes. If you are not happy with those choices, you can easily request an alternate and nutritionally similar recipe or meal option from our database. When your meal plan for the week is finalized, you have the option to print out an organized Grocery List to assure you have all the ingredients you need for a healthy week.

As you lose weight, your nutrition goals will change. Please regularly edit your profile so our system can provide you with the tools you need for continued success.
