I can’t eat wheat, dairy or yeast products, can I still use the Bodylogix® system?

As with any change in lifestyle, diet and nutrition and exercise, it is best to consult your doctor prior to making any drastic changes if you are concerned.

The Bodylogix® program is designed to teach you how to incorporate a healthy lifestyle.

At the moment, our meal plans do not include a gluten free option, but we are working towards this. You can still follow the Bodylogix® program with some suggestions:

  1. Substitute any dairy products with unsweetened soy, almond, rice or hemp milk/cheese
  2. As for the wheat in the Bodylogix® program, substitute any of the breads, muffins or pitas with a wheat free product (ideally with more than 3 grams of fibre per serving)
  3. The meals that include grains like rice & quinoa should be safe to consume
  4. As for oatmeal, as long as you don't have celiac you should be able to eat it, otherwise we would recommend the smoothies (made with a milk alternative) or enjoy our other breakfast options
  5. Please note our Bodylogix® Protein is a dairy product

  1. 3oz flank steak
  2. 4oz sirloin or filet steak
  3. 4oz chicken breast, boneless, skinless
  4. 4oz baked lean pork cutlet
  5. Black bean veggie burger
  6. 6oz turkey burger
  7. Extra firm tofu
  8. Seitan (flavoured or unflavoured)
  9. Tempeh (flavoured or unflavoured)
  10. Quorn (not breaded)
  11. ½ cup peeled edamame
