I tried to post something to "<a href="http://www.bodylogix.com/blog/?p=40" rel="nofollow">http://www.bodylogix.com/blog/?p=40</a>" earlier today and I got a blank screen after I clicked ‘Comment’. It seems to work ok now I guess, but just so you know. Take care!

Personally I would think that if your diet is spot on(as it should be if you are trying to lean out and gain muscle) and your training is intense, there should be no sugar in your system that would create a need to do cardio out of your steady state(fat burning zone). The reason people HIIT and then do steady is to burn out the last of the sugar ensuring that fat is used to fuel the effort of 30-40 more minutes of cardio. Bro you could get lean just by dieting or training at your age lol, I think you are right in educating your steps and bites however I think you might be over thinking it. This is what I have noticed in my training and my training of others. Some people will train just so they can have that extra hundred carbs or run just because they want a beer that night or moms lasagna, whatever...Others will not train or work as hard as they can for fear of either burning up muscle or because they are sore or something. I preach run, train, try, try and try as hard as you can with proper diet and you will reach your realistic goal. I say that if you feel like running after a training session(a crazy one) then do it, if you don't then don't. Your nutrition and supps should give you that answer. Your goals are merely a math equation of cals in and cals out, what kind of cals and when they are eaten. Training is the easy part--promise. Good to you and I like your thirst for the best equation for you, keep learning and you will expedite your results.

is 15 minutes of hiit training postworkout and then30-40 minutes of steay state cardio on either the step mill or treadmill a sufficient amount of cardio to get very lean but still grow or is this merely too much cardio that one should be doing for an extended period of time?
